At Puppy Lovers Hub, we hold our breeding and care standards to the highest level. We take great pride in raising happy, well-socialized, and healthy puppies. Every puppy leaves our care with up-to-date vaccinations, deworming, and a full veterinary health clearance.

To ensure your peace of mind, we provide a 1-Year Genetic Health Guarantee with every puppy adopted through our platform.

1. Mandatory 72-Hour Health Examination

To keep this Health Guarantee active, you (the buyer) agree to have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving the puppy (excluding Sundays and official holidays).

• Verification: A copy of the initial veterinary exam report must be kept for your records and submitted to us upon request if a claim is filed.

• Failure to Exam: If the puppy is not examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival, this Health Guarantee becomes null and void.

2. 72-Hour Viral & General Health Coverage

If your puppy is diagnosed with a life-threatening viral illness (such as Canine Parvovirus, Distemper, or Adenovirus) within 72 hours of pickup or delivery:

• You must notify us immediately (within 24 hours of diagnosis) with official diagnostic documentation from your veterinarian.

• Resolution: You may return the puppy for a full refund of the puppy purchase price or receive a replacement puppy of equal value from a current or future litter.

3. 1-Year Genetic & Hereditary Guarantee

We guarantee that your puppy is free from severe, life-threatening genetic or congenital defects for one (1) year from the date of birth.

• Covered Conditions: Severe congenital heart defects, kidney or liver failure, or debilitating hereditary conditions that severely impact the puppy’s quality of life.

• Requirements for Claim:

  1. Official diagnostic test results and a written statement from a licensed veterinarian.

  2. We reserve the right to request a second opinion from an independent licensed veterinarian of our choice at our expense.

• Resolution: If a severe genetic defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement puppy of equal value from our next available litter. You are not required to surrender your original puppy unless mutually agreed upon.

4. What Is NOT Covered (Exclusions)

This guarantee covers congenital and hereditary health issues only. It does not cover:

• Treatable & Common Puppy Conditions: Internal parasites (coccidia, giardia, worms), external parasites (fleas, ticks, mites), mild upper respiratory infections (kennel cough), urinary tract infections, or hypoglycemia (low blood sugar caused by stress or improper feeding).
