Welcome to Puppy Lovers Hub ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website located at puppylovershub.com and outline the legally binding rules for purchasing, reserving, or adopting a puppy through our platform.

By accessing our website or completing a reservation/transaction with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with your transaction or use our services.

1. Eligibility & Buyer Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a puppy or enter into an agreement with Puppy Lovers Hub.
You represent and warrant that you are purchasing the puppy as a personal or family companion and that the animal will be provided with adequate food, shelter, exercise, veterinary care, and a safe home environment.
You agree not to sell, trade, lease, or surrender the puppy to any commercial pet shop, broker, research facility, or animal shelter.

2. Reservations, Deposits & Payment Terms

Puppy Pricing: All prices displayed on our website are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify pricing, promotions, and discounts at any time without prior notice.
Deposit Policy: Placing a deposit reserves a specific puppy for you and removes them from public availability on our platform.
Deposit Refund & Consultation Fee: If you choose not to proceed with adopting your puppy for any reason:
- 90% of your deposit is fully refundable back to your original payment method.
- 10% of the deposit is retained as a non-refundable fee to cover our detailed consultation services, health consultation records, and administrative reservation handling.
Final Payment: The remaining balance for your puppy must be paid in full prior to physical handover, delivery dispatch, or flight nanny transfer.

3. Health Guarantee & Veterinary Clearance

Every puppy sold by Puppy Lovers Hub comes with a Health Guarantee detailed in our dedicated policy documentation.
The buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving the puppy. Failure to complete this examination within the specified window may void the health guarantee terms.

4. Shipping & Transportation

We coordinate safe transportation via licensed pet couriers or airline flight nannies.
Delivery dates and estimated arrival times are subject to change due to weather safety protocols, airline delays, or vet travel health clearance requirements.
We are not liable for transit delays caused by third-party transportation carriers.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website—including images, text copy, branding elements, logo designs, and graphics—is the exclusive property of Puppy Lovers Hub and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of website materials is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Puppy Lovers Hub shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services.
Our total liability in any matter arising from a puppy purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by the buyer for the puppy.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our site or services following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
