At Puppy Lovers Hub, the health, safety, and comfort of our puppies during travel is our top priority. We partner with USDA-licensed pet couriers and professional Flight Nannies to deliver your new family member safely to your nearest airport or right to your front door.

1. Delivery Options & Methods

We offer two safe and reliable methods for transporting your puppy:

Flight Nanny Service (Air Travel):
- Your puppy travels inside the airplane cabin with a certified Flight Nanny.
- The nanny carries the puppy during the entire flight and hand-delivers them to you at your nearest major airport terminal.
- Includes climate-controlled travel and continuous care during layovers or flight delays.
Ground Transport Service (Door-to-Door):
- Safe, climate-controlled pet transport vans equipped with comfortable crates, bedding, and scheduled potty/water breaks.
- Ground transport delivers your puppy directly to your home address.

2. Shipping Rates & Fees

Standard Shipping Flat Rate: $[$150 – $250].
Included Accessories: All puppy shipping packages include:
- USDA-compliant travel or soft travel carrier
- Official Veterinary Health Certificate for travel
- Microchip registration documentation
- Starter food pack, leash, and familiar blanket/scented item for comfort

3. Travel Health Clearance & Age Requirements

Minimum Age: In compliance with federal airline and animal welfare regulations, puppies must be at least 8 weeks old before they can be transported.
Veterinary Travel Inspection: Prior to departure, every puppy undergoes a final health inspection by a licensed veterinarian to issue a Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI) ensuring they are 100% fit for travel.

4. Scheduling & Delivery Timelines

Processing Time: Once your final payment is cleared, travel arrangements are scheduled within 24 to 48 hours.
Delivery Timeframe: Delivery typically takes place within 3 to 7 business days after booking, depending on flight schedules or ground courier routes.
Flight Updates & Tracking: You will receive full flight/route details, tracking info, and the Flight Nanny/courier’s contact number prior to dispatch.

5. Weather Delays & Travel Safety Protocol

The well-being of the puppy always comes first. Travel may be temporarily rescheduled if extreme weather conditions occur:

Temperature Restrictions: Ground and air travel may be delayed if ground temperatures exceed 85°F (29°C) or drop below 20°F (-6°C) along the transit route.
If a flight or drive is delayed due to weather or airline schedules, we will notify you immediately and hold the puppy safely in our care until conditions are optimal.

6. Receiving Your Puppy

Identification: The recipient must present a valid government-issued photo ID matching the name on the delivery reservation when picking up the puppy from the Flight Nanny or ground courier.
Arrival Check: Upon arrival, examine your puppy, sign the handover documentation, and begin your mandatory 72-hour veterinary health examination window as outlined in our [Health Guarantee].
